Members of the Portsmouth Area Chapter affiliate of the Military Officers Association of America and other active-duty officers and spouses are invited to a dinner meeting of the local Military Officers of America chapter at the Hilton Garden Inn at 5921 Harbor View Blvd. in North Suffolk on Thursday.

The speakers will be Doña A. P. Storey, president and CEO of Quality Technical Services Inc., and her husband, Dave, a United States Naval Academy graduate and retired Marine.
