Suffolk students honored at Tech

Three Suffolk students were among about 5,000 degree candidates honored at Virginia Tech’s May commencement ceremonies in Cassell Coliseum.
Christoph Ebell, counselor and head of the Office for Science, Technology and Higher Education at the Swiss Embassy in Washington, D.C, delivered the keynote address during the graduate school ceremony.
Suffolk students included:
- Victoria Doheny, who received a Master of Information Technology degree in information technology.
- Anne Howell, who received a Master of Science in Education degree in career and technical education from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.
- Daljit Singh, who received a Master of Science in Life Sciences degree in plant pathology, physiology and weed science from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
