Charlotte “Charlie” Snow, 82, went to be with the Lord on Aug. 4, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Born in San Francisco, Calif., she resided in Suffolk with her family in her later years.

Left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Candice Blann, of Auburn, Wash.; two sons, Steven Fowler, of Lincoln, Calif., and Brian Fowler and his wife, Nancy, of Suffolk; grandchildren, Christopher and Kameron Cox, Grace, Jack and Luke Fowler.

A memorial service will be held on Aug. 8, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. in Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church, 3488 Godwin Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23434, with the Rev. Ruffin Alphin officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Mercy Ministry of Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church. R.W. Baker & Company Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W.
