The grand jury handed down 76 indictments to 34 defendants on Monday.

• Melissa Ann Clinton — failure to appear on felony charge
• Arnell Odell Cole — statutory burglary; grand larceny; larceny with intent to sell
• Melvin Delonoe Fordham — assault and battery of law enforcement officer (2 counts)
• Frederick Lewis Gardiner III — possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
• Marcus Theodus Green — attempted robbery; use of a firearm in commission of a felony (5 counts); abduction to extort money or for pecuniary benefit; use of a firearm in abduction for pecuniary benefit; common law burglary; abduction (3 counts)
• Erick Demetrius Hargrove — sale, distribute marijuana
• Jonathan Douglas Hawk — drive while intoxicated, third offense within five years
• Harmony Joyce Ann Hawley — unauthorized use of vehicle
• Jasmine Vontrice Hill — failure to stop at accident; reckless driving
• Derrick Lamont Hill — grand larceny; larceny with intent to sell; obtain money by false pretenses

• Gerard Lamontese Lee — failure to appear on felony charge
