After a successful inaugural year in 2012, the North Suffolk Farmers’ Market has returned for another season.
The small biweekly market will have two vendors this year, organizer David Adam said. Long’s Fresh Fruit and Produce will sell what their name suggests, as will Bobby’s BBQ and Country Buffet.
“They’ll have smoked meat, (like) Boston butts and beef brisket,” Adam added of Bobby’s.
On a five-acre lot on the corner of Hampton Roads Parkway and Harbour View Boulevard, the market will operate all day on Thursdays and Saturdays until about the end of October, Adam said.
“Community-supported agriculture customers are more than welcome to participate,” he added.
