Joyce Redd, 76, passed away peacefully on Feb. 28, 2013.

A long time native of Suffolk and Hampton, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas O. Redd, and mother, Willie Mae Skeeter. Services will be held Friday, March 8, 2013, at 2 p.m. Viewing will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013, both at the funeral home. Moses wants to give thanks to the staff at Riverside Rehabilitation Center for their love and care. Services of comfort entrusted to Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home, 4304 Victoria Blvd., Hampton, Va.
