Sylvia Barnes Bilby, 61, of Suffolk, died Feb. 20.

A funeral will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Alexander Baptist Church, 4316 Pamela Court, Chesapeake, VA 23321. Burial will follow at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA
