Suffolk Public Schools will open on a two-hour delay on Friday, Jan. 18 due to road conditions, school officials announced early Friday morning.

Bus pick-ups will begin two hours later than normal pick-up times.

Elementary students should not be dropped off before 10:30 a.m. Staff will not be available to supervise early arrivals.

Secondary students should not be arrive before 9:20 a.m.

Any before-school program will open at 8:30 a.m. instead of the usual 6:30 a.m.

Breakfast will not be served under this two-hour delay. Lunch will be served.

Dismissal time and after-school activities are expected to remain the same unless otherwise announced.
