Lassiter, Smith to wed

Mr. and Mrs. Meigs Lassiter and Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Smith announce the engagement of their children, Joshua Aaron and Candace Shey.

Joshua is employed by Steel America and is working toward his associate degree at Tidewater Community College.

Candace is a graduate of Lee University and is working toward her master’s degree at Regent University.
