Mayor Linda T. Johnson cuts a ribbon Friday to officially open Home Instead Senior Care's new Suffolk office at 3614 Pruden Blvd. Owner Nell Neal said the business, which began in March 2009, had outgrown the old office at 4433 Godwin Blvd. "Most of our business, we actually go to the client's homes," Neal said. "We do have occasional service inquiries here, but the majority of our business is outside the office."
