Police have a warrant on file for a 21-year-old Suffolk man after he allegedly left a bag of feces in a bank parking lot Monday morning.

Dontae J. Harper is wanted for littering, city spokeswoman Debbie George said.

According to a police report, Harper dropped the brown paper bag on the ground outside SunTrust Bank at 5901 Harbourview Blvd.

George said the incident occurred after Harper left the bank. He allegedly opened the rear driver’s side door of his SUV, pulled the bag out and tossed it on the ground, she said.

Two ducks ripped the bag open and spread its contents in the parking lot, according to the report.

“None of the witnesses knew why Mr. Harper did this and they had not had any problems with him while he was inside the bank,” the report states.

A woman who answered the phone at the bank Tuesday said they had no comment on the incident.
