To the editor:
In response to your story, “Lee helps other veterans,” which was published in the Feb. 5 edition of the Suffolk News-Herald, I have been very impressed with Clarence Lee, the commander of Suffolk’s Disabled Veterans of America Chapter 5, and with his service to the veterans in Suffolk.
Chapter 5 is fortunate to have a leader with such dedication to his work, and his support for the Horton Wreath Society, which places wreaths on the graves at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery each Christmas, sets a high standard for all of us.
I wish him and the DAV chapter continued success.

Chairman, Horton Wreath Society
