Wright, Pyle wed

Laura Rogers Pyle and Daniel Thomas Wright were married in Staunton on Saturday, April 30, 2011, by the Rev. Jim Steen, of Chicago.
The bride is the daughter of Nancy and Gerald Pyle, of Staunton, formerly of Franklin. The groom is the son of Deborah and Carl Wright, of Crystal Lake, Ill. The matron of honor was Lynn Stables, of Staunton, cousin of the bride. Brian Endless, of Chicago was the best man. Shari Stout, of Falls Church, played her flute for the ceremony. Rebecca Johnson, of New York, N.Y., and Dan Meliza, of Chicago, provided special readings.
The bride wore a floor-length gown made by her mother of ivory lace over satin with a pleated sash. She carried a bouquet of red lilies and yellow spray roses and wore roses in her hair. A reception was given by the bride’s parents following the ceremony.
The couple resides in Chicago, where the bride is a lawyer and the groom is a senior systems administrator. Laura has a Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College, a Master of Fine Arts from Mary Baldwin College and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University, Chicago School of Law. Daniel has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Illinois, where he is a Ph.D. candidate.
