Mrs. Ruth Coles Goode, of Chesterfield, widow of Henry L. Goode, departed this life April 26, 2011. She is survived by her children, the Rev. Joseph “Henry” Goode (Marvia), of Suffolk, Va., Ruth “Tee” Goode Mouton, of Hampton, Va., and Clarence “Shorty” Edward Goode, of Richmond, Va. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. Funeral service will be held Monday, May 2 at noon at First Baptist Church, 2920 Kingsdale Road, the Rev. Dr. Wilson E.B. Shannon, pastor officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church (Centralia) Haven of Hope Building Fund.
