Michelle Burke, of Suffolk, Va., is engaged to be married to AM1(AW) Michael L. Starnes, stationed at VFA-83, NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, Va. Mrs. Burke is the daughter of Mr. Clarence H. Guice, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Mrs. Jerrie J. Pearson, of Virginia Beach, Va. Mr. Starnes is the son of Dale and Mary Lou Starnes of Fairview, N.C. A July wedding is planned in Suffolk, Va., in the company of Mrs. Burke’s children, Sean, 6, and Addison, 2, as well as family and close friends.
