Sonya D. Brown, 43, of 210 Prospect St., Wakefield, Va., died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010 at Sentara Obici Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 38070 Rocky Hock Road, Wakefield, Va., officiated by Bishop Darren Gay and the Rev. Leslie Holloway, pastor. Interment will be in Booker T. Memorial Cemetery in Wakefield. Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. is handling the arrangements.
