Virgilia “Tillie” Mae Pierce, 80, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Dec. 5, 2010. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010 at noon at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with the Rev. Byron McCreary and the Rev. Dolan Talbert officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family Tuesday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at Tillie’s residence.
