Ebenezer United Methodist Church is hosting a basketball camp in August and is registering players for its fall EASL (Ebenezer Arts and Sports Leagues) Soccer league.

The basketball camp, open for kids 6 years old through eighth grade, will be held Aug. 2-6. The 5:30-7 p.m. session is for first through third graders. From 7-8:30 p.m. is for fourth through eighth graders.

Coach Larry Smith and crew will be ready for an action-packed week of skills, drills and fellowship. Young players will learn the importance of teamwork. This is a great camp for players to learn new skills or improve some they already have.

Registration is ongoing for the fall soccer league at Ebenezer. The season starts in early September and the league is for ages 4-adult.

The league is fun, yet competitive. Everyone plays and everyone learns we are all winners.

The registration fee is $65 and includes two jerseys and a gift at the end of the season.
