Charletia L. “EB” Wilson, 23, of 712 Nixon Drive, Suffolk, died Monday, April 26, 2010 at Sentara Obici Hospital. She was a native of Suffolk and the daughter of Brian Williams and LaVerne Wilson.
She leaves to cherish her memory: four sons, Travis Cofield Jr., TaShawn Cofield, Terrell Cofield and Deron Cofield, all of Suffolk; mother, LaVerne Wilson, of Suffolk; father, Brian Williams, of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Shaquitia Clark and Shavonda Wilson, both of Suffolk; maternal grandmother, Barbara Wilson, of Suffolk; great-grandmother, Maggie Cross, of Suffolk; eight uncles, David Wilson (May), of Portsmouth, Va., Otis Wilson (Denise), Daniel Wilson, Leon Wilson, Marcus Wilson, Nathan Wilson, all of Suffolk, Curtis Wilson (Angela), of Chesapeake, Va. and Dennis Wilson (April), of Surry, Va.; one aunt, Shelia Kondilahen (Jeff); special aunt, Rosa White; one niece, Aniyan Jordan; one nephew, Jamael Herbert Jr; a special devoted friend, Travis Cofield Sr.; devoted friends, Marie Cofield, Gerald Finney, Dorothy Holland, Sheri Arline; godmother, Mildred Artis; other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, May 1, 2010 in Greater Sweet Beulah Church, officiated by Suffragan Bishop Madison Copeland, pastor. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
