Benjamin William “Bill” Shepherd, Jr., 72, owner of Lakeside Custom Framing and Bill’s Home Repair Service of Suffolk, Va., died on April 16, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Carol Rusnak Shepherd; stepchildren, Tricia Rusnak Daffron, Bryan Dennis Rusnak, Mark Anthony Rusnak, and five grandchildren. He also had a daughter, Hollie S.
