Elsey Harris Jr. died Monday, March 1, 2010 at Sentara Obici Hospital following an extended illness.
A memorial service will be held at the Smithfield Center on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at 2 p.m. The family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Historic Smithfield, Inc., P.O.
