City should help pay for repairs

To the editor:
I feel that the city should split the bill with owners on their vehicle realignments. I had to have my vehicle realigned twice within a year because of these potholes on Route 58 and Route 460.
I am on a tight budget, and we travel those roads six times a day. I also drive a school bus, and it is getting out of alignment, too, due to these potholes.
Now, what is the city going to do about this? Do a better job and don’t add sand to the blacktop; it’s eating away at the paint on our vehicles.
I need to know what they are going to do about our vehicles. It is not fair that we citizens have to pay the full cost of realigning our vehicles due to these potholes.
