Debra Tingle

Debra Ann Tingle, 29 of Madison, formerly of Yuma, Ariz., died Jan. 5, 2010, at her residence. She was born January 21, 1980 in La Mesa, Calif.
Mrs. Tingle volunteered countless hours towards education in public schools. Additionally, she volunteered assisting in the well being of soldiers within her husband’s command. Recently she was awarded Volunteer of the Year for Baltimore Recruiting Battalion.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Ray Tingle of Madison, her children Donald James Owens and Christian Anthony Owens, both of Madison; parents, Anthony Leal Estrada and Debra Ann Herden Overton, maternal grandparents, Earl and Dorothy Herden; paternal grandparent, Marie De Jesus Estrada all of Yuma; two sisters, Jessica M. Avery of Suffolk, Va., and Heather Nicole Overton of Yuma; and three brothers, Mark, Robert and Tony Estradra, all of Yuma.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Ft. Belvoir Chapel in Springfield, Va.
Preddy Funeral Home in Madison, Va., is in charge of arrangements.
