IVOR — Thays Hugh Harris, 57, of 11047 New Road, Ivor, passed away Dec. 9, 2009 at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at noon, Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009 at Gilfield Baptist Church, 9040 Doles Road, Ivor, officiated by the Rev. Kenneth Ricks. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Crocker Funeral Home, 900 E. Washington St., Suffolk and 11047 New Road, Ivor at other times.
