Ted C. Weaver, 52, died Dec. 9, 2009, at Sentara Obici Hospital.
Born in Suffolk, Va., he was the son of the late Harry Lee and Gladys W. Weaver. Mr. Weaver was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church and a roofer.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Kay W. and G. F. “Bucky” Hurley III, and special friend, Donna Martin Oliver, all of Suffolk.
