SUFFOLK — Retha Elizabeth Lassiter Draper peacefully passed away Oct. 28, 2009.
A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Milwaukee Cemetery in Milwaukee, N.C. with the Rev. Jerry McLeod officiating. Friends may join the family Friday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
