Q: What do you like about working in the food industry?
A: I like how it’s fast-paced. I like you can be creative and that every day is something different.
Q: What are your favorite dishes to make?
A: I kind of like to make everything. But I like making barbecue. I like being outside and smoking Boston butt on my day off – that’s always fun.
Q: What do you like about working at Mosaic?
A: I like how it’s a laid back atmosphere. It’s really a unique place, with the wood floors and the chalkboards and being in an old school building. I also like our location. It makes things nice.
