Three sought in credit card theft

Suffolk police are attempting to identify three people who they believe stole a credit card from a parked vehicle and then attempted to use it in Portsmouth.
A purse containing credit cards was taken during the evening April 5 from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home in the 6400 block of Ashmeade Court.
The following day, two men and a woman tried to use one of the cards to pay for nearly $200 worth of merchandise at a Foot Locker store in Portsmouth. The card was declined.
Police have obtained surveillance video from the store and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the three suspects.
Anyone with information about the suspects should contact Crime Line at 1-888-Lock-U-Up. Crime Line callers to not have to give their names or appear in court. If a caller’s information leads to an arrest, the caller can qualify for a reward of up to $1,000.
