The East Suffolk Recreation Center is hosting the March Madness Skills Competition on Friday, Mar. 20 from 5:30 p.m. -7:45 p.m.

Sponsored by Suffolk Parks and Recreation, the competition is a chance for kids to show off their basketball skills in a competition modeled after the NBA All-Star Weekend events.

Players will compete in a three-point and free throw shootout, a skills competition, games of “Horse” and a dunk contest. There will be age groups of 8-12 and 13-17. Registration is required and a youth/teen membership is required. For more information, contact Ava Nowlin at 514-4504.
