Ruth “Polly” Elizabeth Copeland Cutno of Brooklyn, NY was called to her eternal home on April 27, 2006 in the Lutheran Hospital, Brooklyn. She was a native of Suffolk and daughter of the late Wilroy and Annie M. Gary Copeland. She was a member of Brooklyn Tabernacle United Holy Church of America

Those left to cherish her memory and celebrate her home-going include her devoted husband, Ernest C. Cutno of Brooklyn; four stepdaughters; two foster daughters; three sisters and their spouses, Bettie and William Vick of Suffolk, Elsie and Henry Harden of Brooklyn, and Faye and Evander Casper of New York; two brothers and their spouses, Bishop Madison G. and Pauline Copeland of Suffolk and Filmore and Annie Mae Copeland of New York; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 1 p.m. in Greater Sweet Beulah Church, 137 Maple Street, Suffolk, by Elder Billie Potts. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
