Baby Natavia Iyonna Butts, of 744 Oxford St., died on April 5 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

She is survived by her parents, Tashara M. Mitchell and Gregory A. Butts Jr.; her maternal grandparents, Teisue L. Mitchell and Todd D. Vaughan; paternal grandparents, Wanza A. Butts and Gregory A. Butts Sr.; maternal great-grandparents, James and Sarah V. Spriggs and Doris Vaughan; paternal great-grandparents, Aldie and Wanza Spellman and Albert and Barbara Butts, all of Suffolk; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Carver Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Catherine Skinner will officiate. Harris Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
