Jaime C. Scott of Suffolk was named to the honors list for the 2005 spring semester at Averett University in Danville.

Scott earned a spot on the dean’s list with a 3.4 or higher grade point average. She is enrolled in Averett’s Graduate and Professional Studies Program where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Chartered in 1859 and accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Averett is a coeducational, comprehensive university enrolling more than 2,800 students on its main campus in Danville and at more than 25 satellite locations throughout Virginia.
