Esther Bradshaw Harrell, 80, died June 26, 2005. Born April 26, 1925, in Nansemond County, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Luter and Nellie Heffington Bradshaw and the widow of Wood Thomas Harrell, Sr. Mrs. Harrell was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Wood Thomas and Anne Harrell, Jr., G. Wayne and Karen Harrell, all of Richmond; grandchildren, Kevin Harrell, Kelly Harrell Conner, Elizabeth Anne Harrell; sister, Nell Bradshaw Green of Richmond and niece, Rose Crocker Heffington of Suffolk.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk, by the Rev. John Cole and Chaplain Keith Willyard. The family will receive friends at her home, 5300 MacChonanchy Street. Memorial donations may be made to Memorial United Methodist Church, 804 Gammon Road, Virginia Beach, VA, 23464. R. W.
