Services at Solomon’s Temple Church

At 6:30 p.m. each Tuesday, Solomon’s Temple, 12749 Courthouse Hwy., Smithfield, will have altar prayer. At 7 p.m. Christian Instructions to Discipleship Sessions (C.I.D.S) take place. Sunday is Youth Day with special guests the Rev. Jones, associate minister of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Smithfield. Also, Youth Week will be held today through June 17. Pastor John Davis of Sandy Mt. Saturday Night Live Gospel Explosion

At 6 p.m. Saturday, June 25, A Saturday Night Live Gospel Explosion will be held at Faith of Deliverance Soul Saving Ministries, 239 Holladay St. featuring Minister of Music James Copeland Jr., the Voices of Deliverance, Nuwine Gospel Singers, Voices of Praise, Eric Knight, and Denita Baker, all of Suffolk and the Mitchell Gospel Singers of Portsmouth. Minister Trevon Boone, of New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries, is the master of ceremony. The host pastor is Bishop Clarence Copeland.
