Mr. and Mrs. Gary Mutzabaugh of Suffolk are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Traci Lynne, to Steve M. Smith Jr., both of Chesapeake. Traci is a graduate of Northeastern High School and Meredith College. She earned her master’s degree in social work at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is currently employed as a therapist at Christian Psychotherapy Services in Virginia Beach.

Steve, a graduate of Deep Creek High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education at Campbell University. He is currently working toward a master’s degree in school administration through Cambridge College. Steve is employed as a fourth grade teacher at Oakland Elementary School in Suffolk. Steve and Traci plan to be married on June 18, 2005 at Deep Creek Baptist Church in Chesapeake.

The couple has planned a tour of England as their honeymoon.
