Editor, the Suffolk News-Herald:

I am concerned about the number of residential breaking and entering incidents recently; particularly in the black neighborhoods. I think that it would help if there were more featured coverage by your newspaper to make the residents aware and alert.

What happened to the Neighborhood Watch Program? Some effort should be made to investigate and curb these break-ins.
