Robin Daughtrey Sr.

Robin Daughtrey Sr., 50, of the 300 block of Bullock St., died Jan. 11.

Mr. Daughtrey was a native of Nansemond County. He was the son of the late Claude and Alphlonia Daughtrey. He is also predeceased by two brothers, Leo Williams and Claude Daughtrey Jr.

He was a member of Potter’s House Christian Fellowship Center, Suffolk.

Survivors include his fiance, Deborah Washington; three sons, Anthony Boone, Lamont Holloway and Robin Daughtrey Jr.; three grandchildren, Daemond Daughtrey, Zyajah Boone and Sergio Blanco; three brothers, James Daughtrey, Randall Daughtrey and Bruce Daughtrey and wife Rosalind; two aunts, Martha Alston and Marguerite Eley; one uncle, Jerry Williams; one niece, Chanda Gray; two great-nephews, Rodney Bell Jr. and Dominique Bell; and numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Jan. 16 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Wyatt and Sons Funeral Home, Inc., Suffolk. Family and friends may visit with the family at 319 Bullock St.

Funeral services will be held at noon Monday, Jan. 17, at

Potter’s House Christian Fellowship Center, 132 Bank St. Ext., Suffolk, with Pastor Clarence B. Goodman, officiating. The body will be taken to the church at 10:30 a.m. the day of the service. Wyatt and Sons Funeral Home Inc., Suffolk, is in charge of arrangements.
