City should not rent a parking lot for a bar

With all these parking lots the city built and land they have condemned, I don’t think the city has to rent a parking lot for a bar.
You have parking in the street, behind the court house, behind the Baron’s Pub, on the street and a parking lot also behind Baron’s plus they just added a few parking places on Market Street beside the bank.
The place can’t be that busy to rent a parking lot. I didn’t see them renting parking lots for Downtowner II when it was open and it was doing well
