Darius Rollins, 50, of 104 S. Lloyd St., Suffolk, died Jan. 1, 2004 at his residence. He was a native of Nansemond County and son of the late Sherman and Fannie Rollins.

He was a 1971 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was employed by Priority Staffing at Lipton Tea.

He is survived by one sister, Ms. Sharon L.V. Rollins of Portsmouth; three brothers and their spouses, Robert and Rose Parker of Philadelphia, Pa.; Douglas and Mary Rollins, and Sherman and Darlene Rollins of Suffolk; and other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10 in Greater Sweet Beulah Holiness Church by Bishop Madison G. Copeland. Interment will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.

Family and friends will assemble at the residence by noon Saturday. Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
