Mr. and Mrs. Roy Thomas Pippin Jr. of Suffolk announce the engagement of their daughter, Robin Elaine Pippin, also of Suffolk, to David Lewis Moore of Carrsville.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Moore, also of Carrsville.

Miss Pippin is the maternal granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Mills Joseph Powell, and the paternal granddaughter of Martha G. Pippin, and the late Roy Thomas Pippin Sr.

Mr. Moore is the paternal grandson of Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Moore.

The couple has planned a wedding for May 22, 2004, in Bethany Presbyterian Church.
