Di’Juan N. Scott and Angela S. Hill announce the engagement of his mother, Felicia Brown, to their father, John W. Scott Sr.

Miss Brown is the daughter of the late Juanita Brown, and granddaughter of Mr. John Bradley of Suffolk.

Mr. Scott is the son of the late Joseph and Louvenia Scott.

Miss Brown is an employee of Sentara in Portsmouth.

Mr. Scott had retired as a mechanic from the Naval Air Station in Norfolk.

A wedding is planned for Feb. 21, 2004, in Metropolitan Baptist Church.
