Mrs. Addie E. Williams of 4003 Queenswood Dr., Portsmouth, died Thursday, May 1, 2003, in Chesapeake General Hospital.

A native of Nansemond County, she was a daughter of the late John Green and Adella Green.

She is survived by her husband, Walter Williams, Sr. two sons, Clarence Williams of Milwaukee, Wis.; Walter L. Williams, and wife, Elizabeth, of Portsmouth; grandchildren, Darik Mizell and Walter Neeley Williams; devoted nephews, MaCallister Banks of Norfolk; several nieces; a devoted cousin, Marie Godette; other cousins, relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, in Diamond Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Calvin Lillard. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.

The family will assemble at 1 p.m. Saturday, in Diamond Grove Baptist Church for the service.
