Whenever you read of an organization whose finances are in question, that’s the real time to worry.

Thankfully, the SRHA is not one of those.

The independent auditor’s positive report on Tuesday is a strong point in the agency’s favor.

We’re glad to read that, in the words of the auditor, &uot;The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority is in good shape.&uot;

Such news goes a long way in maintaining credibility in the group’s effectiveness. This should also enable the SRHA to continue obtaining needed grants that will ultimately serve residents in need.
