Next to our customers, our employees are our most important asset. We hope it will be helpful for you to put a face with the people you have to deal with here.

But most importantly, you will find our &uot;Customer’s Bill of Rights.&uot; While this may be pretty common sense stuff for anybody in the service business today, which we most certainly are, it’s nonetheless something that we have to stay on top of all the time. It’s also something that we must depend on our customers to let us know when there rights have not been properly protected.

Our readers are important to us and we want to get to know you. Since most of you are too busy to come to see us, we thought we would invite ourselves to your house. That may sound strange, but in reality, you invite us to your home six days a week when you pay for your subscription.
