You will find a special insert in your News-Herald today, celebrating our grand re-opening that was held yesterday to showcase our remodeled facility.
The piece you received in your paper today, however, celebrates the people who bring you your newspaper each day.
Next to our customers, our employees are our most important asset. We hope it will be helpful for you to put a face with the people you have to deal with here.
We’ve also included a list of common questions, along with answers, that our customers often ask about our produce. We hope you find this helpful.
But most importantly, you will find our &uot;Customer’s Bill of Rights.&uot; While this may be pretty common sense stuff for anybody in the service business today, which we most certainly are, it’s nonetheless something that we have to stay on top of all the time. It’s also something that we must depend on our customers to let us know when there rights have not been properly protected.
Our readers are important to us and we want to get to know you. Since most of you are too busy to come to see us, we thought we would invite ourselves to your house. That may sound strange, but in reality, you invite us to your home six days a week when you pay for your subscription. We appreciate the invitation and look forward to serving your information needs for a long time to come.
