Navy Reserve Petty Officer 2nd Class Andrew L. Copeland recently reported for duty with Naval Reserve Tactical Squadron 2286, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk. His wife, Rhonda, is the daughter of David Bullock of Suffolk.

Allen B. Davis

Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Allen B. Davis recently returned from an eight-month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom while assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz, homeported in San Diego. His wife, Diana is the daughter of Elizabeth Saunders of Suffolk.

Anthony T. Goodwyn

Army Pvt. Anthony T. Goodwyn has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

He is the son of Frances Goodwyn of Nancy Drive, and is a 2003 graduate from Lakeland High School.

Thomas E. Mogush

Thomas E. Mogush has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Mogush earned distinction as an honor graduate.

He is the son of Thomas Mogush Sr. of Haywood Drive, Portsmouth, and Debra Courtney of Suffolk.

Kenneth D. Saunders

Army Pvt. Kenneth D. Saunders has graduated from the signal support systems specialist advanced individual training course at Fort Gordon, Augusta, Ga.

Kael L. Walker

Army Reserve Sgt. Kael L. Walker has deployed overseas to Kuwait and Iraq to support the missions of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. The reservist is a member of the 946th Transportation Company based in Lewes, Del. Walker, a truck driver, is the son of Talmadge R. and Ida J. Walker of New Road, Ivor.
