Frances Joyce Davis, 83, of Smithfield, Va., passed away Jan. 14, 2010.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Luke’s Memorial Park, Smithfield, Va., with the Rev. Tommy Reynolds officiating.
