Mrs. Cathy Moseley, of Suffolk, 502 Causey Ave. (Saratoga), departed this earthly home. She was employed by Sears as a photographer. She was a graduate of Lakeland High School. She was a member of the Lakeview Missionary Baptist Church. Her survivors include her three children, Amari Moseley, Amaia Moseley, and Zyair Moseley, her mother, Bettie Parker Pope, and her father Moses Towns, her step-father, James Fordham, all of Suffolk. Her two sisters, Pamela Charles (Herculeigh), of North Carolina, and Cynthia Howard (Jeffrey), of Suffolk, one brother, Jarmaine Pope, of Suffolk.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the Lakeview Baptist Church with the Rev. John E. Jones officiating. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends at 419 Brook Ave. (Saratoga). Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
