William “Bill” H. Ivy, 63, of Suffolk, Va. passed away Nov. 24, 2009.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Vietnam. William was a former manager for Mike Duman Auto Sales, working there for 19 years. He leaves behind many friends.
