PORTSMOUTH — Mary W. Brown, of the 2700 block of Bagley St., died Aug. 6, 2009, in her home.
She is the daughter of Richard Winston Sr. (deceased) and Dorthy Winston.
Mrs. Brown was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. She was the owner of Splash Mobil Car Wash, Portsmouth.
She was also predeceased by David Brown.
Survivors include Linda Brown Dales, of Portsmouth and Melissa Brown-King (Michael), of Warrenton; brothers, Richard L. Winston (Louise), of Chesapeake, and Clayton Winston (Rosa), of Chesapeake; grandchildren, Dimitra Dales-Myrick (Jonathan), Stephanie Dales Barnes (Sean), Kimberly Brown and Christyne King; and great-grandchild, Dorian Barnes.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Shoulders Hill Road, Portsmouth.
