One lane of Route 58 eastbound is expected to be closed for about two to three hours Wednesday evening due to an overturned tractor-trailer.

Suffolk Police and Suffolk Fire & Rescue responded to the crash about 8:37 p.m. Wednesday. It happened in the curve just west of the on-ramp from downtown, according to a city press release.

The driver reportedly suffered no injuries. One lane was closed shortly before 10 p.m. and was expected to remain so for another two to three hours, the release stated.

The cause remains under investigation.
